- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff at this facility are very helpful and nice. The billing company, on the other hand, will make you wish that you had suffered through your illness instead of getting treated. I have been disputing a bill for months-that the staff at Bonney Lake agree that I do not owe-but the billing center refuses to listen and forced me to pay it instead.
